CONTENT STRATEGY
I helped lead Lahey Health’s effort to modernize their online presence. Working with UX, developers, designers, and content and project management services, we conducted extensive research before creating a multi-site model managed from a single interface.
Lahey.org showcases the health system’s network offerings while retaining the identity of its flagship institution – Lahey Hospital & Medical Center – as a world-class clinic. The new site puts patients at its center, helping users find a doctor, events, clinical trials, care locations and more.

EDITING
I served as managing editor for over five years for a physician-facing publication with a national circulation of over 60,000. Advances communicated specific achievements made in the treatment and diagnosis of disease within the multidisciplinary care centers of Massachusetts General Hospital. I also helped lead the publication's redesign to modernize its image and messaging.
